Stay Up-To-Date – Get all your Facebook and Instagram messages and notifications and alerts in one place so you can stay up to date and respond to all of your customers more easily.

Business Results – See what’s working with Facebook and Instagram insights and learn what your customers are looking for.

Analytics will also be a key part of the new Business Suite and it gives users a full overview of your Instagram and Facebook pages performance in one place with a far greater graphical interface.

Facebook has been very clear about its intentions behind Business Suite, and they intend for it to be “the main interface for businesses of all sizes who use Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp.”

While it’s a change that some might feel to be a bit unnecessary, the ease of use between Facebook and Instagram is very advantageous for the platform’s users and businesses operating off of this should be able to find plenty of use with Business Suite.
